About Jeanette

I work with women who have been told to wait.
To manage.
To accept leaks, urgency, or pressure as “just part of getting older.”

I don’t believe that.

After experiencing bladder leaks myself following the birth of my three children, I refused to accept that pads or surgery were the only answers. As a movement professional, I knew the body deserved a more intelligent approach.

Today, I guide women through a structured method that restores strength from the inside out, calmly, clearly, and without guesswork.

Who is this for?

This program is for women who are done guessing and want clear, professional guidance.
You may be here because:
You’re dealing with bladder leaks or urgency that disrupt your day
You’ve been told to “wait and see,” manage symptoms, or consider surgery
You’re worried about prolapse getting worse, or already experiencing symptoms
You’ve tried exercises or therapy but didn’t get lasting results
You want support from a real professional, not another generic online program

The Uplift Program is designed for women who want structure, clarity, and expert guidance they can trust.

How the Uplift Program Works

A guided approach, so you’re not doing this alone.
Many women are trying multiple solutions without clear guidance.
The Uplift Program is a structured, guided approach that combines individual support with progressive group sessions, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence at every stage.

You feel confident from the start
We begin with private sessions to ensure you understand and feel the method correctly.

Step 2 — Guided group sessions
Progress becomes consistent
Once the foundations are in place, you move into guided small-group sessions.

Step 3 — Support that stays with you
You don’t lose momentum
You’re never left wondering:

Learning how to move with confidence again

Expert guidance that fits real life

Building strength you can trust day to day

What women often notice over time

  • A growing sense of control, rather than bracing “just in case”
  • Fewer urgent bathroom trips interrupting the day
  • More confidence moving, exercising, and going out
  • Less mental load around managing symptoms
  • Greater trust in their body again
  • “They told me I had reversed my prolapse. I was no longer a surgical candidate
    ~Dana

Results

  • “My change in posture has alleviated all the pain in my spine right at the top near my neck and just above my shoulders.
The exercises have released that pinch. I have felt that pinch for so long that I just thought that was the norm”
    ~Jo-Anne, Special Needs Teacher
  • “I have chronic back pain due to scoliosis and degeneration. After my posture adjustment I felt immediate relief from the pressure in my lower back. It was like a self-adjustment without a trip to the chiropractor!!”
    ~Leslie, Retired triathlete
  • “I’ve come away from the program with a 15-minute routine that I do a couple of times a week after I go out running. This is a great habit that will prevent pelvic floor issues for life. The classes have also sculpted my waistline!”
    ~Kelly, CEO

In some cases, symptoms can improve with structured, progressive movement and professional guidance. Many women are told to “wait until it’s worse,” but that isn’t the only option. Improvement depends on individual factors, consistency, and proper technique.

No. This is a structured, progressive method that works with posture, breath, and pressure management, not just isolated squeezing exercises.

Yes. The programme is designed specifically for women navigating hormonal change, tissue sensitivity, and strength shifts.

Many women have. The difference here is structure, progression, and ongoing professional oversight. Clamshells, kegels and bridges all help, but they are limited.

Some women notice a shift in awareness and control within weeks. It also depends on your symptoms and how long you have had them. Consistent progress builds over time. Everybody’s body is different.

This programme does not replace medical advice. However, many women choose to explore structured movement support before making surgical decisions. Even if surgery is the only option, these exercises will improve the success rate of surgery.
